SPROUTS BHEL

Moong (sprouted and boiled), grated cabbage, carrots, cucumber, finely chopped tomatoes,salt,lemon juice, jaggery(optional), coconut, chaat masala make it really tasty. You can use any other sprouts too.

STIR FRIED BEANS

Fry finely cut French Beans on very little butter till tender. Mix it with coconut, salt, lemon juice and serve with coriander and garnishings.

RED PUMPKIN

Mix boiled Red Pumpkin with curd.  Add 1sp peanut powder, 2 sp coconut scraping and from top.. add tadka made in half spoon oil with mustard seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric, chillies.

 

CORN BHEL

Wash the Corn properly . Stem cook it in cooker. (Do not use water. Cook on stem only) Remove the corn kernels. Add finely chopped coriander, thinly chopped onion, thinly chopped tomato, 2 pinch cumin powder, 2 pinch coriander seed powder, very  little red chilly powder and asafoetida powder and salt to taste.

RADDISH

Wash the Raddish properly. Grate Radish on a thin grater. Smash a really ripe banana completely to make a smooth paste. Mix both together. The proportion of radish to banana should be 2:1 – i.e. 2 portions of radish and 1 portion of banana. Add 2 spoons curd for taste. Also add finely chopped coriander, 1 spoon fresh grated coconut, half spoon peanut powder and salt to taste.
